  • In the past only banks and jewelry shops were the ones who were equipped with monitoring systems. However, nowadays many other shops are equipped with the same monitoring systems. Furthermore, some residents have established their own Community Mutual Help Group and installed monitors at key locations such as alley or street crossroads.
